Refund Policy

Subscriptions to Ailysi OS are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate charges caused by a system error
• Accidental billing after subscription cancellation
• Failure of the platform to deliver core functionality for more than 72 hours

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Partial usage of the platform
• Unused time within an active billing cycle
• Incorrect data entry by the customer
• Government API downtime outside Ailysi’s control

Abiworkers service fees (recruitment, worker sourcing, document handling, onboarding) are non-refundable once processing begins.

Refunds may be granted only if:

• A payment was made in error
• A service was not initiated
• Duplicate charges occurred

Please provide:

• Full name
• Email used for payment
• Payment reference
• Reason for refund request

All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 UAE business days.

Any fees paid to MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, TDRA, or other UAE government entities through Abiworkers or Ailysi are non-refundable, as they are governed by federal regulations.

Ailysi reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on platform usage, service initiation, and compliance requirements.
