Overview
The WhatsApp Business OS is an autonomous communication engine that generates persona-aware WhatsApp Business setup packs and keeps them optimized over time.
It serves three personas — Applicants, Partners, and Clients — across both Abiworkers and Ailysi brands. For each persona it produces a complete setup pack: greeting message, away message, quick replies, labels, catalog skeleton, and message templates.
An Autonomy Brain runs daily, scoring every active profile on friction, repetition, config age, and tone match — then automatically regenerating stale configs or surfacing optimization suggestions.
Quick start: Go to the Setup Wizard, pick your persona and category, and your copy-ready setup pack is generated in seconds.
Personas & Categories
The OS detects your persona automatically from account type, message text, and activity signals — but you can also set it explicitly in the wizard.
| Persona | Categories | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Applicant | Direct Applicant, Via Agent | Job seekers applying for roles |
| Partner | Seller Partner, Recruiter Partner | Recruiters & sellers in the network |
| Client | Location-Based Client | Employers hiring workers |
Each persona category drives different greetings, quick replies, labels, catalog items, and templates. Switching category regenerates the entire pack.
Setup Wizard
The wizard is a 3-step flow at /whatsapp-os/wizard:
Choose Persona
Applicant, Partner, or Client. Each shows a description of who it's for.
Pick Category & Tone
Select the sub-category (e.g. Direct Applicant vs Via Agent) and your communication tone: Casual, Neutral, or Formal.
Review & Generate
Confirm your choices, then generate. The engine builds and saves your config pack, then redirects to the Output screen.
The wizard auto-detects your persona where signals exist (account type, recent messages, activity) and pre-fills the most likely choice with a confidence score.
Output Pack Screen
At /whatsapp-os/output you'll see your complete, copy-ready setup pack:
- Greeting Message — your WhatsApp Business welcome text.
- Away Message — auto-reply when you're offline or out of hours.
- Quick Replies — keyword + text pairs for one-tap responses.
- Labels — color-coded chat organization tags.
- Catalog — skeleton product/service items with pricing.
- Message Templates — pre-approved WhatsApp template messages.
Every block has a Copy button so you can paste directly into WhatsApp Business Manager. Two actions are available:
Regenerate rebuilds the pack from templates (no credits). AI Enhance rewrites the entire pack via Claude for richer, tone-matched copy (uses integration credits).
Autonomy Scoring System
The brain scores every profile across four dimensions, each scored 0–1:
| Metric | Weight | Formula | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Friction | 40% | Clarifications ÷ Total Messages | How often you have to ask for clarification |
| Repetition | 30% | Repeated ÷ (Repeated + Unique) | How often the same phrases recur |
| Config Age | 20% | min(1, Days Since Update ÷ 30) | How stale the config is |
| Tone Mismatch | 10% | 0 if tone matches, 1 if not | Whether tone aligns with persona |
These combine into a single Decision Score:
The decision drives autonomous action:
Regenerate
≥ 0.70
Auto-build a new config version
Suggest
0.40 – 0.70
Emit an optimization suggestion
Ignore
< 0.40
No action needed
Persona Evolution
Personas aren't static. As activity grows, the OS evolves profiles:
- Maturity — Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced based on cumulative activity + messages.
- Tone drift — if friction stays high, the tone shifts toward Formal for clarity.
- Category evolution — Direct Applicant can become Via Agent; applicants can become partners; partners can become clients. Each transition is logged in the evolution history.
Evolution events are timestamped and stored on the profile, so you always have an audit trail.
Regeneration Engine
Config packs are versioned. Every regeneration creates a new version and archives the previous one — you can always roll back.
Three ways to regenerate:
Manual
Click Regenerate or AI Enhance on the Output screen for a single profile.
Suggestion-driven
Apply one or all pending suggestions from the Activity Engine — each application bumps the version.
Scheduled
A weekly automation regenerates any config older than 7 days automatically.
Activity Engine
The Activity Engine listens for lifecycle events and emits concrete optimization suggestions. Each persona has its own event catalog:
Applicant
Seller Partner
Recruiter Partner
Client
When an event fires (e.g. InterviewScheduled for an applicant), the engine appends a suggestion to the active config — for example: "Add an interview-prep template so candidates stop asking for the same details."
You can review and apply suggestions one-by-one or all at once from the dashboard.
Autonomy Brain
The Autonomy Brain is the orchestrator. For each active profile it runs a 7-step loop:
Load
Fetch the profile + its active config.
Stats
Pull activity + message stats from conversation logs.
Score
Compute friction, repetition, config age, tone match, and the decision score.
Evolve
Update maturity and drift tone if friction is high.
Decide
Regenerate, suggest, or ignore based on the threshold.
Apply
Trigger regeneration or emit a suggestion onto the config.
Snapshot
Save the latest scores + evolution history to the profile.
You can run the brain manually per-profile, for all profiles, or scoped to a brand/tenant.
Dashboard
The dashboard at /whatsapp-os shows:
- Persona counts (Applicant / Partner / Client).
- Each profile card with live scores, maturity badge, and the current decision action.
- A "New Setup" button to launch the wizard.
Click any profile card to open its Output Pack and take action.
Scheduled Automation
Two automations run in the background:
- Autonomy Brain — daily at 3:00 AM (Asia/Dubai). Scores every active profile and applies regeneration or suggestions.
- Weekly Regeneration — every Monday at 4:00 AM. Regenerates any config older than 7 days.
Both can be toggled on/off from the Automations panel without touching code.
FAQ
No. The OS generates and manages the configuration pack (greeting, quick replies, templates, etc.) that you paste into WhatsApp Business Manager. Sending is handled by your existing WhatsApp integration.
