If a payment fails:

• Ailysi will retry automatically
• You will receive an email notification
• Your subscription may enter a “past_due” state
• Access may be limited until payment is resolved

Invoices are automatically generated for:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• One-time purchases
• Enterprise contracts

Download invoices anytime from your dashboard.

Ailysi applies UAE VAT (5%) where applicable.

Invoices include:

• VAT number
• Tax breakdown
• Billing entity details
