Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ailysi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Service Description
Ailysi is a digital compliance platform that helps UAE businesses achieve and maintain government compliance aligned with UAE Vision 2030. Services include MOHRE automation, VAT/corporate tax filing support, WPS salary protection setup, labor law compliance tracking, and government portal integration.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. A 14-day free trial is available for new users. You may cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn 10% commission on a referred client's first month and 1% recurring for the lifetime of their subscription. Commissions are credited to your affiliate balance and payable upon reaching AED 500 minimum. Affiliate accounts may be suspended for fraudulent activity or spam.
Compliance Accuracy
While Ailysi automates compliance workflows, you remain legally responsible for the accuracy of your filings. You must review and approve all submissions before they are filed with government authorities. Ailysi is not liable for penalties resulting from inaccurate data provided by you.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Ailysi, you consent to data processing as described therein, including transmission of required data to UAE government portals for compliance purposes.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, content, and branding are the property of Ailysi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without written consent. White-label branding rights are included with Enterprise plans only.
Limitation of Liability
Ailysi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be exported and made available for 30 days, after which it will be deleted subject to legal retention requirements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
